Those of us who used to love the tele-serials of the early 90s in Kannada could not have missed Guddada Bhootha! The tune was haunting, the storyline suspenseful and I still remember the ending which was superb! In fact, it was also the serial that made actor Prakash Rai. It is a different story that this talented actor found greener pastures in Tamil and Telugu film industries.
I had been searching for the title song of that serial since ages and recently found it in Ravishankar's website in Multiply.com. Wow.. super.. After a long time. I used to watch this serial. Infact during that time we were in high school and we had a girl in our class who was very hefty.. We used to call her Guddada Bhoota. Just a question: I never got to see the end of Guddada Bhoota. I remember my friend telling me the bhoota was actually the neighbor Bhoja in disguise. Does anyone remember the end to Guddada Bhoota? If so, coule they confirm for me whether Bhoja was the bhoota?
