ಭಾರತದಾತ್ಮಂ ಕಂಗೆಡುತಿದೆ ಪರ
ಸಾರಸ್ವತ ಸಂಪದ ಭರದಿಂ
ತಾರಿ ಹೋಗುತಿದೆ ತಾಯ್ನಾಡಿನ ಮನ
ಏರುವಿದೆ ಸ್ವಪ್ರಯತ್ನದಿಂ
